Provide Driver Training<\/strong><\/p>\n Using a combination of a basic overview of any equipment employees will use, mentorship, supervision, consistent group meetings, and self-teaching, new employees’ training and road to excellence (no pun originally intended) will hasten.<\/p>\n 3. Supervise Effectively<\/strong><\/p>\n Create and outline goals. Make them measurable and attainable! <\/p>\n Motivate employees with clear, concise<\/em> instruction<\/p>\n Measure work and any important data<\/p>\n Review goals regularly to adjust the plan or motivate change.<\/p>\n Evaluate every driver\u2019s success and safety.
