It’s safe to say that a category E5 tornado will not hit the California coast. We will never know firsthand what the victims of the Oklahoma tornado storm are going through. However, we still have our own disasters to deal with. We have to remember that Californians live along the San Andreas Fault, which causes extreme earthquake conditions. We also have our annual wild fire season. There are natural disasters pretty much wherever you live.

Fire at Lake Chelan Winery: Were they properly protected?

According to an article from The Great Northwest Wine, A fire Saturday afternoon heavily damaged a winery on the north shore of Lake Chelan. A runaway tractor was to blame. Four Lakes Chelan’s warehouse was consumed in flames. The tractor lawnmower rolled off the top of a bluff and down a hill. The operator was thrown off halfway down the hill, according to the World. He suffered bruises and cuts and spent the night at Lake Chelan Community Hospital.
